How a search runs, and the terms
- Send the name. The legal name of the company or person, what kind of entity it is, the city or state it operates from, and up to two aliases or keywords.
- Choose the turnaround and the years. Pick 3, 12, 24 or 48 hours on a plan, or a single search, and the years of case records to cover.
- ClawScore searches every forum. Each court and tribunal is matched against the name and aliases given.
- You receive the workbook. Summary, matters, related parties and coverage, with a match confidence on every finding and a risk band on the search.
- GST is charged extra at 18% and shown separately.
- Plans are invoiced monthly for the monthly minimum. Searches beyond it are billed at the same rate with the next invoice.
- The turnaround runs from receipt of a complete request: the name, entity type, location and years.
- Onboarding and access are included. There is no setup fee.
- What “nothing on record” means. Not found in these forums, on the date of the search, under the names searched. Results reflect what the official court and tribunal portals hold on that date.

Plan B, High Court and Tribunal, on a Weekly Scan. ₹600 × 40% = ₹240 per entity per month. On a yearly advance that is ₹240 − 20% = ₹192 a month, × 12 = ₹2,304 per entity for the year. For 10 entities, ₹23,040; for 25, ₹57,600. Excludes GST at 18%.
What every scan gives you
- A new Excel after every scan. It lists the cases that were not there at the previous scan, with court, case number, parties, status and date. The first scan lists every case found, as the starting picture.
- Every earlier scan stays on the watchlist. Open a subject to see each scan, what it found, and download its Excel again, with the date the next scan is due.
- A scan that finds nothing still tells you so. You get the workbook either way, so you know the check ran.
- Add or remove entities any time. Billing follows from the next month; the payment plan carries on.
- GST at 18% is charged extra on every figure.
- Monitoring starts at 10 entities. Every entity is searched by name across the courts you choose.
